At 10:00 AM, the desert journey kicks off with an exhilarating off-road ride from M’Hamid village deep into the heart of the Sahara desert. After approximately one hour of driving, we pause amidst a cluster of palm trees for a well-deserved lunch break, allowing you to savor the tranquility of the desert. Following a satisfying meal and a refreshing cup of tea, our expedition continues with a 4×4 Jeep, venturing further into the expansive and picturesque sand dunes of Erg Chegaga. Here, you’ll have the chance to embark on a memorable 1-hour camel ride, immersing yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the sand dunes as the sun sets. Dinner will be served at the camp, and your overnight experience will be beneath the starlit sky or within a nomad tent at Sahara Services Standard Camp in Erg Chegaga.
